This bedroom is located on the ground floor of our houseboat with fantastic views over the water.

We live in the city, but also nationally.

Within walking distance from the NDSM WHARF, good restaurants, a supermarket and just 15 minutes to city center by 

free ferry.

We have it all! Living in the city and also the benefits and quietness of the countryside.

All we desire is that you feel at home.

The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. See first 6 pictures.

The garden and terrace on the water are freely accessible.

If it's warm enough, you can swim in our canal.

We also live in this house and we like to interact with our guests.

You are always invited for a nice chat and a good conversation.

But of course we will respect your privacy.

You can also book a homecooked dinner with us. Cost will be 10€ pp.

We have 3 cats, Nena, Schrikkel and Diva they do love a bit of attention.

The loft will not be shared.
